​TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Ticket Purchase:
All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, except as outlined in the Refund Policy. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to comply with all Crew Fest rules, policies, and any instructions provided by staff or security personnel.
Entry:
A valid ticket is required for entry. Both digital and printed tickets are accepted. Tickets must not be duplicated or altered. Crew Fest reserves the right to deny entry to anyone with an invalid or tampered ticket.
Age Restrictions:
Attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.
Prohibited Items:
Weapons, illegal substances, outside alcohol, fireworks, drones, and any items deemed dangerous or disruptive by event staff are strictly prohibited. All bags are subject to search upon entry.
Health & Safety:
Crew Fest will follow all current public health and safety guidelines. Attendees are expected to act responsibly to protect themselves and others. If you are feeling unwell, please stay home.
Liability Waiver:
Attendees assume all risks and responsibilities associated with attending the festival. Crew Fest organizers, sponsors, vendors, and venue operators are not liable for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
Indemnification:
By attending the festival, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crew Fest and all affiliated parties from any claims arising from your attendance or conduct at the event.
Photography & Video:
By entering the festival grounds, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional, marketing, or archival purposes, without compensation.
Code of Conduct:
Respect others. Discrimination, harassment, violence, and disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Crew Fest reserves the right to remove any individual who violates this code without refund.
Rain or Shine:
Crew Fest is a rain-or-shine event. Please plan accordingly for indoor and outdoor weather conditions. In the event of severe weather, safety updates will be communicated via email and social media.

​CANCELLATION POLICY
​
Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event the festival is canceled, ticket holders will be notified via the email used at purchase.
Rescheduling: If the event is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

REFUND POLICY
​
Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only available if the event is officially canceled or rescheduled. Refunds will not be issued for unused tickets, no-shows, or weather-related inconveniences.
Requesting A Refund: To request a refund, please contact us at CrewFestDetroit@gmail.com within 14 days of the cancellation or rescheduling announcement. Include your full name, order number and ticket details.
Processing Time: Refund requests will be reviewed and, if approved, processed within 30 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
