Crew Fest is built on independent artists, loud bands, original work, and people who actually care about what they’re creating. If that’s you, you’re in the right place.

Before submitting your application, please take the time to carefully read through all policies, disclaimers, and participation requirements listed on the application. By applying, you are agreeing to the terms outlined in the application - including weather policies, marketing releases, load-in expectations, and event-day guidelines. We want this to run smoothly for everyone, and that starts with clear communication.

Musician Merch

All accepted bands and musicians are welcome (and encouraged) to sell their own band merch. A separate vendor application is not required for standard band merchandise (shirts, vinyl, stickers, etc.).

If you operate a separate business, brand, or product line outside of your band and would like to vend those items, you must submit a vendor application for that business.

Applying as Both a Musician + Vendor?

If you are:

• A band that also wants to vend a separate business

• An artist who is also performing

• Or anyone planning to participate in two distinct capacities​

​

You must submit two separate applications - one for each category.

​

Each application will be reviewed independently. You must be officially accepted as both a vendor and a musician in order to participate in both roles.

​

If you are only accepted in one category, you will only be permitted to participate in that approved capacity (either play or vend).

No exceptions.
