​TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Ticket Purchase: All Ticket Purchases are final. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to coply with all festival rules and regulations.

 

Entry: Tickets must be presented for entry. Digital and physical copies are accepted. Ensure your ticket is valid and not duplicated.

 

Age Restrictions: Attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. 

 

Liability Waiver: Attendees participate at their own risk. The festival organizers are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the event.

 

Photography and Video: By attending the festival, you grant permission for your image to be used in poromotional material without compensation.

 

Code Of Conduct: Attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards others. The festival reserves the right to remove anyone violating this code.

Rain Or Shine: The festival will take place rain or shine. Please dress appropriately for this indoor/outdoor event. In the event of severe weather, safety annoucements and updates wil be provided via email and social media.

​CANCELLATION POLICY

​

Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event the festival is canceled, ticket holders will be notified via email.

 

Rescheduling: If the event is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a refund as per the refund policy.

 REFUND POLICY

​

Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only issued for cancelled or rescheduled events. No refunds will be granted for unused tickets or no-shows.

 

Requesting A Refund: To request a refund, please contact us at CrewFestDetroit@gmail.com within 14 days of the cancellation or rescheduling annoucement. Include your order number and ticket details.

 

Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 30 days of approval. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
