Please understand that all items are handmade which results in natural and unique imperfections. Although we are thorough, there are inconsistencies based on the creative nature, each item will look a little different from the next. We make everything ourselves, out of our home and our process is genuine and full of love and care. Any item you purchase is one of a kind. There are no two items in our shop that are exactly the same and we hope you love your unique purchase as much as we loved hand creating it for you.

Due to the small nature of our company, we do not accept cancellations, returns, refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. Please read product descriptions before purchasing! However, if you have any issues with your order please contact us directly at contactkatandcrew@gmail.com and include your name and invoice number and we will get it sorted out! Once your package is shipped, we are not responsible for lost/missing packages; it is the buyer's responsibility to reach out to USPS about any missing packages.
