Although we are thorough, there are inconsistencies based on the creative nature, each item will look a little different from the next. We make everything ourselves, out of our home and our process is genuine and full of love and care. Any item you purchase is one of a kind. There are no two items in our shop that are exactly the same and we hope you love your unique purchase as much as we loved hand creating it for you.

Once your package is shipped, we are not responsible for lost/missing packages; it is the buyer's responsibility to reach out to USPS about any missing packages.
